Corrections are the most useful messages we get. If a product page describes an ingredient panel that has changed, or a format is listed incorrectly, tell us and we will review the source. Coverage suggestions are welcome too, particularly for natural supplements for men that are widely available in Indonesia.
We do not take requests to add sponsored mentions, and we do not provide personalized guidance on what anyone should take. Our job is the reading: ingredients, formats, and how a label is put together.

Why was my message answered with a link instead of an answer?
Often the detail already sits in a guide and we would simply repeat it in worse words. If the link doesn't settle it, say so in a reply and we will read the question again with that in mind.
Privacy and how we handle your message
Messages sent through the form on this page are handled under our privacy policy, which is linked in the footer of every page on the site. We don't share contact details with third parties, and we don't add senders to mailing lists — if you wrote to us about a supplement, that note stays with the editorial desk.
If you would like your message deleted after we have handled it, say so in the note and we will remove it. You don't need to give a reason, and asking doesn't affect how we treat the message in the meantime.
